Dubai website budgets depend on buying journey and language scope
A campaign page for one service, a corporate website and an ecommerce experience require different content, templates and operational workflows. The budget should reflect the audience, proof, conversion action, Arabic and English needs, content responsibility, integrations and post-launch ownership.
Focused landing page
AED 4,500–9,000
One offer, responsive design, agreed form path, analytics-ready structure and launch QA.
Business website
AED 9,000–20,000
Usually 5–10 core pages, custom UI, CMS or static build, forms, technical SEO and handover.
Bilingual or connected build
AED 20,000–40,000+
Arabic/English templates, RTL design, ecommerce, CRM, booking, migration or deeper integrations.
Scope factors to confirm
- Arabic and English: translation, RTL layouts, language switching, metadata and QA must be assigned.
- Lead routing: forms, WhatsApp, CRM ownership and response notifications need a defined flow.
- Ecommerce: catalogue, variants, payments, shipping, tax display and operations increase scope.
- Content and proof: service copy, photography, certifications and case evidence need approval.
- Integrations: booking, maps, analytics, consent tools and business systems require access and testing.
- Handover: confirm domains, hosting, source files, licenses, users and maintenance.
VAT and invoicing assumptions
The UAE Federal Tax Authority publishes a standard VAT rate of 5% and separate registration rules, including rules for non-resident businesses. The applicable tax and invoice treatment for a cross-border service depends on the actual supplier, customer and transaction. No tax treatment is assumed in these planning ranges; confirm it before contracting. This page is not tax advice.

Remote delivery from Delhi to Dubai and the UAE
Anil Designer does not claim a Dubai or UAE office. India–UAE time overlap supports scheduled reviews, while written milestones, annotated screens and an approval log keep decisions clear. Final Arabic copy and legal or regulatory wording must be supplied or approved by the client or a qualified adviser.
Typical timeline
A focused landing page may take 2–3 weeks, a business website 4–7 weeks and a bilingual, ecommerce or integration-led project 7–14+ weeks. Translation readiness, product data, payment access and stakeholder approvals can change the schedule.
Compare proposals on the same scope
Ask each provider to state the page types, language responsibility, responsive states, CMS, integrations, payment setup, analytics, revisions, content entry, launch support, ownership and maintenance. Separate mandatory launch scope from optional future modules.
