Budget should follow the sales journey
A five-page brochure site, a B2B lead-generation website and a SaaS marketing experience can have a similar page count but very different work. The estimate should reflect audience research, messaging, proof, conversion paths, reusable page types and the systems that receive enquiries.
Focused campaign page
USD 1,200–2,500
One audience, one offer, responsive design, an agreed form path, analytics-ready structure and launch QA.
Small business website
USD 2,500–5,500
Usually 5–8 core pages, custom UI direction, responsive build, forms, basic SEO foundations and handover.
Growth or integration-led site
USD 5,500–10,000+
More templates, content migration, CMS, CRM, advanced forms, product UI or deeper technical requirements.
Cost factors US buyers should define
- Content: supplied copy, editing, messaging workshops and full copywriting are different scopes.
- Design system: unique components and interaction states take more work than a template-led build.
- Lead operations: form routing, CRM fields, spam controls, notifications and attribution must be documented.
- Accessibility: keyboard access, labels, contrast, focus and content alternatives should be planned from the start.
- Privacy and security: collected data, consent, analytics and vendors need business or qualified-adviser approval.
- Ownership: confirm source files, accounts, licenses and third-party subscriptions before signing.
Accessibility is a scope input, not a final plugin
The US Department of Justice explains that the ADA applies to web accessibility for state and local governments and businesses open to the public. W3C publishes WCAG 2.2 as a web standard. The applicable legal duties depend on the organization and project, so the client should obtain qualified advice; the build scope should still define semantic HTML, keyboard use, visible focus, form labels, alternatives and testing rather than relying on an overlay claim.

Remote collaboration from Delhi to the USA
Anil Designer does not claim a US office. Projects use written milestones, asynchronous progress updates and scheduled review calls with agreed time-zone overlap. One owner on each side should control feedback so decisions are not fragmented across email, chat and meetings.
Typical timeline
A focused campaign page may take 2–3 weeks, a small business website 4–7 weeks and a broader custom build 7–12+ weeks. Content readiness, stakeholder availability, integrations and compliance review can change the schedule.
Quote checklist
Compare page types, content responsibility, design rounds, responsive states, development technology, accessibility acceptance, forms, CRM routing, analytics, migration, redirects, hosting, warranty and maintenance. A lower headline price is not comparable if critical launch work is excluded.
