Development scope is more than page count
The technical estimate depends on reusable templates, content management, language requirements, migration, integrations, data collection and deployment ownership. A content-led marketing site and a portal with logins may both contain ten screens, but they carry different architecture, security and testing responsibilities.

Questions that materially change cost
- Are design files approved, or are discovery and UI/UX part of the project?
- Will staff manage pages through WordPress or another CMS?
- Are English and French templates required, and who supplies approved translations?
- How much legacy content and how many URLs need migration or redirects?
- Which CRM, booking, payment, analytics or marketing systems must connect?
- What privacy, accessibility, security and acceptance checks apply to the organization?
- Who owns hosting, domains, repositories, licenses and post-launch maintenance?
GST/HST must be confirmed for the actual engagement
The Canada Revenue Agency states that GST/HST rates depend on the place of supply and publishes separate cross-border digital-economy guidance. The correct treatment can vary by province, customer status, supplier registration and the nature of the supply. The planning ranges on this page do not assume a tax treatment; confirm the invoice position before contracting. This is not tax advice.

Remote delivery for Canadian teams
Anil Designer is based in Delhi and does not claim a Canadian office. Scope, feedback and approvals are recorded in writing, with scheduled calls arranged for practical overlap with Canadian time zones. For bilingual work, the client supplies or approves final language content and terminology.
Timeline and ongoing support
A focused implementation may take 3–5 weeks, a business CMS website 5–9 weeks and a connected or multilingual build 9–16+ weeks. Ask whether hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, content support and third-party license renewals are included after launch.
Prepare a quote-ready brief
List the page types, languages, CMS users, migration volume, forms, integrations, accessibility target, hosting constraints and desired launch date. Identify mandatory scope separately from future phases so the first release remains usable and supportable.
